Destination Wedding Photography packages start at $4,900 for 7 hours of wedding day coverage (travel + accommodations included).
Most couples invest around $6,000 for their complete destination wedding photography experience.

Arriving Early for You
To ensure your wedding is photographed in the best light and locations, I arrive approximately two days prior to your wedding day. This time allows me to:
• Scout the area for the most stunning photo spots
• Plan around weather and natural lighting
• Build a comfortable connection with you before the big day
All travel arrangements are handled by me to ensure I arrive on time and fully prepared. This typically includes roundtrip flights, local transportation, and two nights of accommodation. If additional travel days are required due to flight schedules or weather, I’ll always discuss this with you in advance.
Moments to Capture
Arriving early also opens the door to photographing pre-wedding events such as:
• Rehearsal dinner
• Welcome party
• Family beach day or group excursions
If you’d love these memories documented, we can add coverage for rehearsal or celebration parties a couple of days before the wedding.

SHARING KEY DETAILS (2–3 MONTHS BEFORE)
Please share all finalized information, including vendor contacts, locations, and transportation details. I’ll help organize permits if needed, and about one month before your wedding, we’ll review all details in a final call.
INQUIRY & BOOKING
Once your inquiry is received, we’ll connect to discuss your vision, destination, and photography goals. Once your date is secured, I’ll begin coordinating travel and logistics.
PLANNING & COLLABORATION
Over the months leading up to your wedding, we’ll stay in touch as you finalize details with your planner, venue, and vendors. I’ll work closely with them to ensure your photography aligns seamlessly with the flow of your day.
FINAL WEEKS LEADING UP
Once everything is confirmed, you can rest and enjoy the excitement, trusting that every detail is in place. The final weeks should be stress-free so you can be fully present leading up to your celebration.
Delivery & Turnaround
Your full gallery will be delivered within 8–10 weeks, with a curated sneak peek of highlights shared within the first week after your wedding.
